After spending most of my working life as a secretary in various organisations, my final post was that of welfare officer for the Army Benevolent Fund, a job I really loved. Jeff's 1st career was spent in the Army for 24 years and then joined a Heavy Plant Hire company. He worked there for almost 20 years and became one of the company directors. We both retired at the end of April '06 and began our retirement by taking 3 weeks to drive to our new home in Northern Cyprus.
